Band's Colours & Resistance: Full Set of Five rolls come in following FIVE colours & resistances:   

 A) Light: Orange.
(B) Medium-Light: Green. 
(C) Medium-Heavy: Blue.
(D) Heavy:  Purple.
(E) Extra-Heavy: Silver.
